How old do I need to be to sign-up to FXSway and start trading? 

• You must be over 18 years of age on the day of registration.

If I am not 18, can I sign-up under my parent's name?

• Any accounts created must be used solely by the person whose name is registered under the account.

If any minor accounts are found, they will be immediately suspended.
