I have a locked status which is restricting me from logging in. What can I do?

 This error is due to multiple invalid login attempts. Kindly wait 5 minutes before another login attempt and your account will be unlocked. After 5 minutes, you may try to login again. We suggest resetting your password to avoid the issue.

This error could be either due to an internal transfer error. In this case, you may try to initiate your transfer again. 

Another possibility may be due to a technical issue which occurred and the system has automatically locked your account for safety reasons.
