Why my deposit is not reflecting in my MetaTrader?


↳ After completing your deposit into your FXSway wallet, you would need to transfer your funds into MetaTrader by executing an Internal Transfer. 


  • Click/tap Internal Transfer. 
  • Select Transfer Type as Wallet to Trading Platform. 
  • Choose the Wallet you want to transfer the funds from. 
  • Choose the the Live Account you would like to transfer the funds to. 
  • Insert the Amount you would like to transfer. 
  • Click/tap Request Transfer. 




If funds do not reflect in MetaTrader right away, please allow 5-10 minutes after completing the above process.
