How can I properly take a Withdrawal Selfie? 

↳In some cases, you would need to provide a withdrawal selfie to our Payments department. 

The Selfie should contain the following:

• A valid ID document.
• A piece of paper stating today's date, the date and amount of the withdrawal, and your signature. 
• Your face fully visible and clear. 
  

↳  You can obtain the withdrawal amount and date from your FXSway account by doing the following:

• Click/tap the Withdraw tab on your account.
• The information can be obtained from the withdrawal history in the bottom half of the page.
