An offer can be amended, seeing that there are no investors within the fund.

• The offer cannot be changed if investors have already joined the fund and agreed to the offer. In this case, the Money Manager can change the publicity of the fund to Private to prevent further investors from joining the offer.

If you try to amend the fund with investors joined, the settings will not be saved.
