What is the Status of my Deposit Request?

  • WAITING APPROVAL: We have not received the funds and, therefore, they are not being processed on the processing network. You can click on PAY next to the deposit request to finalize the payment.

  • WAITING CONFIRMATION: We received your funds and they were sent over to the processing network. The funds will be automatically credited to your account once they receive 3-6 confirmations. This usually takes 1-3 hours.

  • APPROVED: The deposit has been approved and the funds should be in your wallet.

  • CANCELED: The deposit has either been timed out or you have canceled the request. 

  • REJECTED: The deposit has been rejected. You should have a note in the comment box next to your payment for more information.
